Internal rules of WellWoven Youth

We hold ourselves accountable. Not just to each other, but to the youth and communities we serve. Whether you’re a student leader, partner, or volunteer, these guiding principles shape how we show up together.

We developed these values from lived experience: from handing out hygiene kits in church basements to hosting Unity Weekends where teens lead the conversation. They continue to evolve with our work and our community.

Our values apply to everyone who joins WellWoven Youth. This is our shared “weave." A set of commitments that hold us together.

* These are just a few of the values we live by. Each new member is welcomed with a full orientation and support to grow alongside us.

    SHOW UP WITH CARE

We serve from the heart. Whether offering a ride, checking in on a student, or setting up chairs at a summit—every action is done with intention and care.

    LEAD WITH HONESTY

We build trust by speaking openly and listening deeply. Our work depends on clear communication, cultural humility, and accountability.

    OWN YOUR THREAD

Each of us is part of the tapestry. That means owning your role with responsibility, because the strength of our mission depends on everyone doing their part.
